Lactose-Free Friendly
Many people in the community now are lactose intolerant and have a real need to avoid dairy products. This gets harder when you're going out to dinner and not preparing the meal yourself, as it can be hard to know what ingredients are used in restaurants.
The goal of this list is to explore restaurants that cater for people who need to avoid dairy.

Silly Yaks is excellent for people who need to live gluten-free, but also does so much for us lactose intolerants with their variety of desserts. The dairy-free lemon meringue is to die for, as is their peppermint slice and much more.
