Valdarno, still same owner
We don't understand the comment about being under new management. We dined there the other night and it's still owned by the same Italian family who have owned it for many years. As usual the food, service and atmosphere were great, we have no complaints. It's a typical family run Italian Trattoria.

Valdarnos
What a shame! After years of wonderful food, lasagne and other wonderful pasta dishes, and the best of best tomato sauce for pasta, it has changed hands and slipped from 10 to 4, and that is being extremely nice. The only redeeming grace was the little buns, which were soft, but there was no sauce for them to soak up! on top of that the lasagne was burnt on top because there was not any delicious tomato sauce surrounding the dish. All in all a huge disappointment. We do not think we will go back, and after all these years of supporting Valdarnos. Shame!
