Plush Pizza

Plush has the best vegetarian pizza in Melbourne! Very yummy! They use very fresh, high quality ingredients. The staff are very friendly; excellent service.

I have regularly been going to Plush since opening. My partner and I make the trip all the way from Brunswick to eat at Plush because the pizzas are so good and its so hard to find a good veg pizza. The staff go out of their way to be accommodating. Since putting the dine in tables we're frequenting it even more. You can't go past a Ben's Special. There is nothing like it anywhere else in Melbourne, the hint of chillie, the zing from the balsamic vinegar, the sweetness from the spanish onion and the freshness of the avacado. I rave about it to all my vegetarian friends and even my meat loving ones too!

Having always had meat on my pizzas I was a little hesitant to try Plush's vegetarian fare. Turns out I shouldn't have been so narrow minded - the pizzas are sensational. I swooned over my Potato Swoon and my husband couldn't go past the Aztec with extra chilli. Ben, the owner was lovely and made our little girl a special olive and mushroom pizza and our son virtually inhaled his Vegemite pizza. Great for the whole family. Thanks to Ben and his staff for being so welcoming and so patient with the kids.

We'll be back!

I have been a regular customer ever since this place opened. It has a warm friendly atmosphere, but above all you'd be hard pressed to find a pizza on their menu that isn't bursting with flavour. If you think that vegetarian pizzas are boring and flavourless, then think again! My favourite is the barbeque pizza - the mixture of the sweetness of the barbeque sauce and the greens, with the savoury of the potato and vegie sausage, it always works for me. The Aztec, Satay and Mushroom are also favourites. A great mix of quality ingredients puts them far above any other pizza store I've been to.

This place is really fantastic. I've been going there since they opened a few years ago, and the food has always been absolutely delicious. As a vegan, I've really missed being able to eat proper pizza, and Plush uses the best vegan cheese, in combination with so many other really fresh and unusual ingredients. I particularly love the antipasto pizza, with mustard, spinach and fresh tomato added to the base. That's something else I like - they're always happy to let you add or subtract ingredients, so you can choose exactly what you want. The staff are all really lovely, and since they added tables last year, it's a great place to eat in, too. Have also taken lots of non-veg freinds who have been similarly impressed. Basically can't think of anything I don't like!

UNBELIEVABLE! I am what you might call a connoisseur of pizza...I walked into this place the other day expecting to get my self something meaty...and got blown away when I realized it was all vegetarian! I decided to try an aztec and it has been on my mind ever since!! The sweet taste of beans, cheese, tomato, sour cream and avocado rocked my world!! Next week I'm bringing the band!! You guys ROCKED!!

I have been a customer of Plush Pizza ever since it opened, in 2005, and have been telling people about it for the same length of time! One of my favourites is the Chunky which is as the name suggests, and another is the Potato Swoon. Yum! I highly recommend a visit, whether you're a vegetarian or not! All the pizzas are delicious, and it's a really relaxed and friendly place!

A friend brought me to this pizza shop last week. We ordered an Aztec and a Primavera. They are totally tasty - two of the best pizzas I've ever had!! Previously I wasn't a big fan of olives or beans but these two pizzas changed my mind! What's so funny is that not until my friend told me did I realize all Plush pizzas are vegetarian! I am a big meat lover but I didn't miss it on these pizzas. I will definitely be going back.
